ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

To increase competitiveness and meet customer demands for product quality, as well as considering the high-risk nature of its operations, Pertamina International is committed to consistently implementing effective management systems. In conducting its business, Pertamina International Timor SA has adopted Quality Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

This is crucial to ensure that every business process is conducted in compliance with internationally recognized management system standards. Pertamina International Timor SA continues to work towards the successful implementation of Quality Management System certification ISO 9001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification ISO 45001:2018 in 2023.

At present, the company has obtained ISO certification from Worldwide Quality Assurance (WQA).

This ISO certification demonstrates Pertamina International Timor SA’s commitment to conducting its business and operations in accordance with international standards.

The PITSA head office is located at Avenida Luro Mata No.10, Dom Aleixo, Município de Dili, Timor-Leste, and has the following board members:

Administration Board

Beny Harto Wijaya, President Director. An Indonesian citizen, 48 years old. Born in Palembang, 4 November 1975 and homebased in Jakarta. He began his career in PT Pertamina (Persero) began in 2001 as Sales Staf UPMS VI then served as Senior Analyst Competitive Intelligent in 2013. His last position in PT Pertamina (Persero) was Assistant Manager Customer Relationship Management (2017-2019). He is now appointed as PITSA President Director since 2019. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung and Master of Management from Universitas Indonesia in 2013.

Budy Afandy, Marketing Director. An Indonesian citizen, 49 years old. Born in Cirebon, 24 September 1974 and homebased in Bekasi. He began his career in PT. Pertamina Retail began in 2014 as Finance Manager. In 2016 served as IT Manager, and Sales Area Manager in 2018. His last position in PT Pertamina Retail was Manager Corporate Strategic Planning and Risk Management before embarking at PITSA. He is now appointed as PITSA Marketing Director in Febuary 6th 2022. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara.

Taruna Ariwibowo, Operation Director. An Indonesian citizen, 36 years old. Born in Jakarta, 21 May 1987 and homebased in Jakarta. He began his career in PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga began in 2009, as Sales Representative. He had also served as Sales Area Manager, Marketing Analysis Manager, Customer Relation and Distribution Channel Manager, and lastly was appointed as Senior Account Manager Industrial Sales in PPN before embarking at PITSA. He is now appointed as PITSA Operational Director in Febuary 6th 2022. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gajah Mada, Yogjakarta, and Master's Degree in Management from Universitas Gajah Mada, Yogjakarta.
